Customer service was great, no problems with site or contacting. Item shipped and arrived very quickly and on time, despite ongoing issues with the mail.
A: If you just purchased the carrier for $83.99 (retail price, does not reflect any applicable discounts that may have been applied) then no it would not come with any ballistic protection. Our plate carriers, when purchased solo offer no ballistic protection. In order to have ballistic protection you would need to either purchase the plates and carrier or purchase a plate carrier package.

A: Hi There!
No the 10x12 DL plate carrier is the industry-standard "one size fits most" and will adjust to fit anyone within the range of a 38" to a 48" chest. If you select the 11x14 size, that should work for you as that is a bigger plate carrier.

No, the 10x12 DL plate carrier is meant for 10x12 shooters cut plates only. We do not recommend putting a smaller plate in a bigger pocket as there may be movement preventing it from staying put over your vitals.
