Join Spartan Armor Systems at SHOT Show 2024 in Las Vegas

In response to the worldwide chaos of 2020-2021, the National Shooting Sports Foundation had to cancel the 2021 SHOT Show. But while the show was canceled, the personal protection industry was booming. When SHOT Show returned in 2022, it was the "only trade show in America to grow by 20-plus percent".

We at Spartan Armor felt that 2020-2021 surge as well, and chose to focus on three things:

1. Improving research and development
2. Maximizing product quality
3. Reducing production times

We invested heavily in our 24,000-square-foot Tucson, AZ operations facility, where we manufacture everything in-house. We knew what we were doing was special, but we felt we needed something to represent that point to our customers visually.

So, our Chief Operating Officer issued our staff a challenge: to showcase our innovative approach and craftsmanship by creating our own booth for SHOT Show 2023… with only four weeks until the show.

Spartan’s Unforgettable 2023 SHOT Show Booth

Working under a significant time crunch, our loyal team of craftsmen and women began a swift response to the challenge. Using our four steel presses, in-house laser-cutting capabilities, and steel sourced from local mills, they set out to accomplish a fantastic feat. All the hard work paid off, with the team implementing the finishing touches just days before the trade show dispatch.

Anyone who caught Spartan Armor Systems at SHOT Show 2023 remembers our epic homemade booth proudly displaying the latest Spartan developments. We wanted to go above and beyond for our SHOT Show visitors, so we fabricated, welded, and powder-coated everything ourselves.

On that memorable display is where many first viewed some of our bestselling products:

·        Ghost Concealment Shirt- Our compression mesh shirt with Flex Fused Core IIIA™ soft armor panels, including side panels.

·        Hercules Level IV Ceramic Body Armor- An NIJ level IV plate featuring a ceramic strike face with/ a UHMWPE backer.

·        Hercules Xtreme Level IV Multi-Hit Ceramic Body Armor- A multi-hit rated plate with a boron carbide strike face and a UHMWPE backer.

·        Leonidas Legend Plate Carrier- Plate carrier featuring laser-cut, Squadron laminate & Cordura 500D, manufactured and sewn in the USA.

What to Expect at Booth #43360 This Year

We got such great feedback about our 2023 booth that we wanted to bring it back for 2024. But if you know anything about us, you know we're constantly innovating. So we won’t be simply bringing back the same booth.

For our 2024 SHOT Show visitors, you’ll experience a new and improved Spartan Armor Systems booth. Some of the new features in 2024 will be:
